Mozilla Firefox 23 released!

This is a bit smaller update, mostly focused on bug fixing and security. Only bigger important feature is DXVA2 H.264 video acceleration (decoding) on Microsoft Vista or newer operating systems. Not sure what were they using currently, probably the old DXVA1. I also wonder if Mozilla is uisng native or Copy-back implementation… but anyway, here it is and so far it seems to work fine. Will see how it works on my AMD E-450 laptop when playing Youtube videos (if DXVA2 makes any noticeable difference there)…
